Privacyverklaring – JustBSocial.eu (NL)

1. Algemeen

1.1 Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing op het gebruik van de website JustBSocial.eu, eigendom van Redegeld ICT, gevestigd in Nederland.
1.2 JustBSocial.eu is de opvolger van nlsociaal.nl. Op 13 augustus 2025 zijn alle accounts en gegevens van NLSociaal veilig overgezet naar JustBSocial.eu, in overeenstemming met de toen geldende privacyregels.

2. Verzamelde gegevens

2.1 JustBSocial.eu verzamelt alleen gegevens die gebruikers vrijwillig verstrekken bij het aanmaken van een account, zoals een werkend e-mailadres. Tijdelijke e-mailadressen en bijbehorende accounts kunnen steekproefsgewijs worden verwijderd.
2.2 Wij gebruiken geen tracking cookies of technologieën om gebruikersgedrag te volgen. De enige cookies zijn functioneel:

  • loggedin_guid – sessieherkenning

  • PHPSESSID – functionele sessiecookie (verwijderd bij sluiten browser)

  • rc::a en rc::c (Google reCAPTCHA) – bescherming tegen spam en bots

Er worden geen analyse- of marketingcookies gebruikt.

3. Gebruik van gegevens

3.1 Uw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor:

  • Het beheren van uw account

  • Het leveren van de door u gevraagde diensten

3.2 Wij delen geen gegevens met derden, tenzij dit wettelijk verplicht is of noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van onze diensten.

4. Beveiliging

4.1 JustBSocial.eu neemt passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonlijke gegevens te beschermen tegen ongeautoriseerde toegang, verlies of onrechtmatige verwerking.

5. Bewaartermijn

5.1 Uw gegevens worden bewaard zolang u een actief account heeft.
5.2 Na verwijdering van uw account worden alle gegevens binnen 30 dagen permanent verwijderd, tenzij wettelijke verplichtingen anders vereisen.
5.3 Back-ups van verwijderde accounts (inclusief berichten en activiteiten) worden maximaal 7 dagen bewaard voor onderzoeks- of juridische doeleinden.

6. Rechten van gebruikers

U heeft het recht om:

  • Inzage te krijgen in uw gegevens

  • Gegevens te corrigeren of verwijderen

  • Bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking

  • Uw gegevens te ontvangen in een overdraagbaar formaat

Dit kunt u zelf beheren via uw profielinstellingen of door contact op te nemen via privacy@justbsocial.eu.

7. Wijzigingen

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze privacyverklaring te wijzigen. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden via een melding op de site gecommuniceerd.

8. Privacy by design

Ons platform is vanaf de basis ontworpen met privacy als uitgangspunt:

  • Geen trackers

  • Geen verkoop van gebruikersdata

  • Opslag van gegevens uitsluitend binnen Europa (GDPR-conform)

9. Continuïteit en overdracht

Bij beëindiging van de dienst of overdracht naar een andere eigenaar worden gebruikers minimaal 90 dagen vooraf geïnformeerd, zodat zij hun gegevens veilig kunnen exporteren of verwijderen. Overname vindt alleen plaats als het nieuwe beleid in lijn is met deze privacyverklaring.

10. Automatische verwijdering

Accounts die langer dan 12 maanden inactief zijn, worden automatisch verwijderd, inclusief alle persoonsgegevens.

1. General

1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to the use of JustBSocial.eu, owned by Redegeld ICT, based in the Netherlands.
1.2 JustBSocial.eu is the successor to nlsociaal.nl. On August 13, 2025, all accounts and data from NLSociaal were securely migrated to JustBSocial.eu in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations.

2. Data collected

2.1 We only collect the information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, such as a valid email address. Temporary email addresses and related accounts may be removed at random checks.
2.2 We do not use tracking cookies or similar technologies to monitor user behavior. Only functional cookies are used:

  • loggedin_guid – session recognition

  • PHPSESSID – functional session cookie (removed when browser is closed)

  • rc::a and rc::c (Google reCAPTCHA) – spam and bot protection

No analytics or marketing cookies are used.

3. Use of data

3.1 Your data is used solely for:

  • Managing your account

  • Providing the services you request

3.2 We do not share your data with third parties, unless required by law or necessary for service delivery.

4. Security

4.1 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or unlawful processing.

5. Retention period

5.1 Data is retained for as long as your account is active.
5.2 Upon account deletion, all data will be permanently removed within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
5.3 Backups of deleted accounts (including posts and messages) are retained for a maximum of 7 days for investigation or legal purposes.

6. User rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct or delete your data

  • Object to processing

  • Receive your data in a portable format

You can manage this via your profile settings or by contacting privacy@justbsocial.eu.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced via a site notification.

8. Privacy by design

Our platform is built with privacy as a core principle:

  • No trackers

  • No sale of user data

  • Data stored exclusively within Europe (GDPR compliant)

9. Continuity and transfer

In the event of service termination or transfer to a new owner, users will be notified at least 90 days in advance to allow safe export or deletion of their data. Transfer will only occur if the new policy aligns with this Privacy Policy.

10. Automatic deletion

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months will be permanently deleted, including all personal data.
