Welcome to JustBSocial.eu
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of JustBSocial.eu ("we", "us", "our").
JustBSocial.eu is an independent European social network focused on privacy, human interaction, freedom of choice, and an online environment without behavioural or personalised advertising.
By using JustBSocial.eu, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of JustBSocial.eu
Everyone is welcome
JustBSocial.eu is a platform for everyone aged 18 and over.
**For JustBSocial.eu, everything starts with one simple principle: every person is human and every person is of equal worth.**
No one is more or less human because of their origin, skin colour, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or belief, disability, lifestyle, social position or personal preferences.
Differences between people are welcome and do not diminish anyone's human dignity or equal worth.
Every user has the same human value and deserves the same basic level of respect.
Every user has the freedom to be themselves, hold their own opinions and make their own choices.
**That freedom applies to everyone.**
Freedom for yourself also means freedom for others.
Freedom without imposing on others
You are free to express your opinions, beliefs, religion, way of life and personal choices and to discuss them with others.
You may not force or impose them on others.
Everyone is free to decide how they live, which beliefs they follow and which personal choices they make, as long as the freedom and rights of others are respected.
Anyone who strongly believes in something or consciously chooses a particular way of life is free to do so. The same freedom belongs to someone who makes a different choice or holds a different view.
You do not have to agree with each other. We do expect users to respect each other's right to think differently and make different choices.
**You are free to stand for something, but give others the freedom to stand for something else.**
Account creation
Full access requires an account with a valid, non-temporary email address.
You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity carried out through your account.
Honesty
You may not impersonate another person, organisation or public figure.
Fake accounts, deliberate deception and intentionally misleading information are not permitted.
No spam
Unsolicited messages, automated spam, excessive promotion and other disruptive commercial content are not permitted.
Sexually explicit or obscene content
Nudity, sexually explicit or obscene content is not permitted where it violates our rules or applicable Dutch law.
Such content may be removed and may result in restrictions, suspension or deletion of an account.
2. Age requirement
JustBSocial.eu is available only to persons aged **18 and over**.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
When registering, we require accurate information, including your name, date of birth and email address.
Where necessary, additional measures may be used to determine whether a user meets the age requirement.
We aim to process as little personal data as possible when doing so and use privacy as a guiding principle.
If we determine that a user is under 18, the account may be restricted, blocked or deleted.
3. Respect, equality, freedom and conduct
JustBSocial.eu exists for human interaction.
We start from the fundamental equal worth of all people.
**Everyone is human. Everyone is equal in human dignity. No one has to be the same in order to deserve the same human worth.**
Disagreement is allowed and is part of a free society.
You may disagree with someone's ideas, beliefs, religion, way of life or choices. You may not, however, treat that person as a lesser human being because of them.
Disagreement never gives anyone the right to intimidate, pressure, threaten, humiliate or exclude another person.
The following are not permitted, including but not limited to:
- discrimination;
- threats or intimidation;
- bullying;
- targeted humiliation;
- dehumanisation of individuals or groups;
- coercion;
- stalking;
- incitement to hatred;
- incitement to violence;
- calls for discrimination;
- illegal content;
- conduct that violates applicable Dutch law.
Criticism of ideas, religions, political or social views and lifestyles is permitted, provided that such criticism does not become threats, intimidation, discrimination, dehumanisation or other prohibited behaviour directed at individuals or groups.
**We do not oppose ideas merely because they are different. We intervene when the way people treat each other crosses the line.**
4. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for the content you publish on JustBSocial.eu.
Illegal, harmful, deliberately misleading, fraudulent or disrespectful content may be removed.
Misleading clickbait, manipulative content and material intended to harm other users may also be restricted or removed.
JustBSocial.eu does not decide which opinions you should hold.
We do, however, reserve the right to intervene when behaviour or content violates these Terms, our community rules or applicable Dutch law.
5. Commercial content, advertising and sponsorship
No personalised advertising
We do not build advertising profiles based on your behaviour and do not use algorithms to target individual users with personalised advertising.
Incidental promotion
Occasionally and genuinely mentioning your own product, activity or service is permitted when it is not disruptive and remains part of normal human interaction.
In certain cases, a donation or small fee may apply.
Structural commercial promotion
Continuous selling, business advertising or product promotion does not belong on the general timeline.
Separate areas may be provided for this purpose, such as a Marketplace, sponsor placement or promotional widget.
Sponsorship
Businesses and organisations may support JustBSocial.eu and receive visibility in return.
We reserve the right to reject commercial content that does not comply with our rules, vision or legal obligations.
Payment never automatically guarantees publication.
6. Business posts and spam prevention
Businesses and users may not post repetitive, automated or excessive sales messages on the general timeline.
Commercial visibility should, where possible, use the features specifically provided for that purpose.
In cases of misuse, posts may be removed and accounts may be restricted.
7. Privacy
Privacy is a fundamental principle of JustBSocial.eu.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the GDPR.
We do not use tracking cookies to follow users across the internet and do not build behavioural profiles for personalised advertising.
We aim to process only the information necessary to operate, secure and manage the platform.

8. Moderation
JustBSocial.eu aims to apply moderation carefully and proportionately.
Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may:
- remove content;
- issue a warning;
- restrict functionality;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- permanently delete an account.
Serious violations or violations of law may result in further action.
Where reasonably possible, we aim to explain why moderation action has been taken.
9. Dutch law
JustBSocial.eu is operated from the Netherlands.
Users must comply with applicable Dutch law and, where relevant, other binding European legislation.
Our community rules may in some areas set a higher standard than conduct that is merely prohibited by criminal law.
This is necessary for us to maintain a safe, human and respectful environment.
10. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep JustBSocial.eu safe, reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
Users remain responsible for their use of the platform and for content they publish.
To the extent permitted by law, JustBSocial.eu is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use or temporary unavailability of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Breach of these Terms
We may take appropriate measures when these Terms are violated.
The severity, context, frequency and repetition of behaviour may be taken into account.
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or deletion of an account.
Where required by law, we may cooperate with competent authorities.
12. Changes
JustBSocial.eu may update these Terms when the platform, our services or our legal obligations change.
Significant changes will, where possible, be clearly announced on the platform.
For material changes, users may be asked to accept the updated Terms again after logging in.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of a dispute, we will first try to resolve the matter through reasonable dialogue before considering further legal action.
