Algemene Voorwaarden – JustBSocial.eu (NL)

Welkom bij JustBSocial.eu

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden ("Voorwaarden") zijn van toepassing op uw toegang tot en gebruik van JustBSocial.eu ("wij", "ons", "onze"), een onafhankelijk sociaal netwerk vanuit Europa, gericht op privacy, menselijke interactie en een reclamevrije ervaring. Door ons platform te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze Voorwaarden en ons Privacybeleid.

Rechtspersoon

JustBSocial.eu is eigendom van en wordt beheerd door Redegeld ICT, gevestigd in Nederland.

1. Gebruik van JustBSocial.eu

  • Toegankelijkheid: Ons platform is open voor iedereen wereldwijd die waarde hecht aan eerlijke, menselijke online interactie.

  • Accountcreatie: Voor volledige toegang moet u een account aanmaken met een geldig, niet-tijdelijk e-mailadres. U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van uw account en alle activiteiten daarop.

  • Eerlijkheid: U mag zich niet voordoen als een ander persoon, organisatie of bekende persoon. Valse accounts en misleidende informatie zijn verboden.

  • Geen spam: Ongevraagde berichten, overmatige promotie of storende inhoud zijn niet toegestaan zonder toestemming.

  • Geen naakt of obscene inhoud: Dergelijke inhoud wordt verwijderd en kan leiden tot schorsing of verwijdering van uw account.

2. Leeftijdsgrens

U moet minimaal 13 jaar oud zijn om een account te registreren. Bij registratie vragen wij correcte gegevens (naam, geboortedatum, e-mailadres). Wij voeren bij inschrijving een controle uit, maar hanteren geen externe of betaalde leeftijdsverificatie-systemen, omdat dit voor een onafhankelijk jong platform niet haalbaar of wenselijk is. Ouders/verzorgers worden geadviseerd toezicht te houden op minderjarige gebruikers.

3. Commerciële uitingen, advertenties en sponsoring

  • Geen gepersonaliseerde advertenties: Wij gebruiken geen algoritmes om inhoud of advertenties af te stemmen op individuele gebruikers. Omdat wij niet actief filteren op de tijdlijn, beschermen we de community door strakke regels te hanteren voor commerciële uitingen.

  • Incidentele promotie: Het incidenteel en oprecht onder de aandacht brengen van een eigen product (bijvoorbeeld een geschreven boek of een eenmalige dienst) is toegestaan, mits dit niet-hinderlijk gebeurt en bijdraagt aan de menselijke interactie. Hier kan een donatie of kleine vergoeding tegenover staan.

  • Zichtbaarheid via widgets en Marktplaats: Structurele verkoop, bedrijfsreclame of productpromotie hoort niet thuis op de algemene tijdlijn. Hiervoor is een speciale Marktplaats-sectie of een advertentiewidget beschikbaar. Tegen een donatiebetaling kan uw uiting hier geplaatst worden, zodat deze goed zichtbaar is zonder andere gebruikers te storen.

  • Sponsoring: Bedrijven kunnen via donaties zichtbaar worden op het platform. Wij behouden altijd het recht om uitingen of advertenties te weigeren die niet passen bij onze visie.

4. Bedrijfsberichten en spampreventie

Bedrijven en gebruikers mogen geen opeenvolgende of overmatige verkoopberichten op de tijdlijn plaatsen (sales spam). Commerciële zichtbaarheid verloopt uitsluitend via de daarvoor bestemde donatie-ondersteunde advertentiemogelijkheden of de Marktplaats-omgeving, en uitdrukkelijk niet via de reguliere tijdlijn. Bij misbruik wordt de inhoud direct verwijderd.

5. Inhoud en gedrag

U bent verantwoordelijk voor wat u plaatst. Illegale, schadelijke, misleidende, clickbaits of respectloze inhoud is verboden. Wij staan voor respectvolle interacties en treden op tegen pesten, intimidatie en haatdragende uitingen.

6. Privacy

Wij respecteren uw privacy en voldoen aan de AVG. Wij gebruiken geen tracking cookies en personaliseren geen inhoud op basis van uw gedrag. Zie ons [Privacybeleid] voor details.

7. Aansprakelijkheid

Wij streven naar een veilige omgeving, maar garanderen geen absolute veiligheid. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van JustBSocial.eu. Door gebruik te maken van het platform vrijwaart u ons van claims of kosten die hieruit voortvloeien.

8. Schending van voorwaarden

Bij overtreding (waaronder het herhaaldelijk plaatsen van verkoop-spam op de tijdlijn) kunnen wij uw account schorsen of verwijderen. Ernstige overtredingen kunnen leiden tot juridische stappen.

9. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze Voorwaarden wijzigen. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden aangekondigd via een melding na inloggen. Voortgezet gebruik betekent dat u akkoord gaat met de nieuwe voorwaarden.

  • Toepasselijk recht: Nederlands recht is van toepassing. Geschillen proberen we eerst via mediation op te lossen.

Welcome to JustBSocial.eu

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of JustBSocial.eu ("we", "us", "our"), an independent social network from Europe, focused on privacy, real human interaction, and an ad-free experience. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Entity

JustBSocial.eu is owned and operated by Redegeld ICT, based in the Netherlands.

1. Use of JustBSocial.eu

  • Accessibility: Our platform is open to anyone worldwide who values honest, human online interaction.

  • Account creation: To access full features, you must create an account with a valid, non-temporary email address. You are responsible for securing your account and all activity on it.

  • Honesty: Impersonation of other people, organizations, or public figures is prohibited. Fake accounts and misleading information are not allowed.

  • No spam: Unsolicited messages, excessive promotion, or disruptive content are prohibited.

  • No nude or obscene content: Such content will be removed and may result in suspension or deletion.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to register. At registration, we require accurate information (name, date of birth, email). We perform a basic check at signup but do not use external or paid age-verification systems, as this is not feasible for an independent young platform. Parents/guardians are advised to supervise minors.

3. Commercial Content, Advertising, and Sponsorship

  • No personalized ads: We do not use algorithms to tailor content or ads to individuals. Because we do not actively filter the main timeline, we protect the community by enforcing strict rules regarding commercial content.

  • Incidental promotion: Occasionally sharing a personal product in a genuine way (e.g., a book you wrote or a one-time service) is permitted, provided it is non-disruptive and contributes to authentic human interaction. A donation or small fee may apply.

  • Visibility via widgets and Marketplace: Continuous selling, business advertising, or product promotion does not belong on the main timeline. Instead, a dedicated Marketplace section and an ad widget are available. In exchange for a donation, your commercial content can be placed there, making it visible without disrupting other users.

  • Sponsorship: Businesses may support the platform and gain visibility via donations. We reserve the right to reject ads or promotions that do not align with our vision.

4. Business Posts and Spam Prevention

Businesses and users may not post repetitive or excessive promotional/sales posts on the timeline (sales spam). Commercial visibility must go through the designated donation-based ad options or the Marketplace environment, and explicitly not through the main timeline. In case of misuse, the content will be removed immediately.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for your posts. Illegal, harmful, misleading, clickbaits or disrespectful content is prohibited. We support respectful interaction and act against harassment, bullying, and hate speech.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR. We do not use tracking cookies and do not personalize content based on behavior. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

7. Liability

We aim to provide a safe environment but cannot guarantee absolute safety. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of JustBSocial.eu. By using the platform, you indemnify us from any claims or costs related to your use or posted content.

8. Breach of Terms

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms (including repeatedly posting sales spam on the timeline). Serious breaches may lead to legal action.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced after login. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.
