Catha Artritis, fibromyalgia and asma. So i have little energy and have to weigh things to do against each other.

Catha Besides the fact I lost a lot of my memory when I - finally - crashed at work, several years back. I had a hard time accepting the diseases and just kept going. 2019 my (lovely) boss "kicked me on sick leave" and that's where I still am.
I still have difficulties accepting I have to do things slowly, especially since the medics seem to think I do nothing all day and give me exercises every time I have a problem 🙄 - so 2w ago I slept almost 2 days. It's hard to see something needs to be done and knowing I should only do half of it. I hate it to have work half done. ☺️
