Somehow, I triggered the pain under my kneecap when I went out yesterday, and now I'm worried and feeling a bit sorry for myself. I need cheering up and distracting, if anyone is up for the challenge.
46 people follow me on X since I started again on it a year or so ago. 2 of those I contacted to see if they had other ways I could contact them. 10 are on other platforms. It looks like the other 34 people who follow me follow me for some reason but don't actually care about staying in touch 😂

After reading an article about the disgusting things that X's Grok's being allowed to and used to create, I felt sick. Because of this, I feel I can't stay on X and I've announced that I'm leaving. I would've left now but I wanted to give anyone who wanted to stay in touch a chance to give an alternative contact method. #Grok #X
