We understand that sometimes you may not have the products you need with you — and we don’t want that to spoil your time out. That’s why all of our sites, both current and future, will provide free feminine hygiene products in our Ladies’ and Accessible Toilets.

All we ask is that you take only what you need, so there’s enough for everyone. Please note that this service may be withdrawn if it is misused.

We don’t expect anything in return, but if you’d like to make a small donation, there’s a charity donation box behind the bar, just ask a member of staff, and they’ll gladly add it for you, no explanation needed.

We love seeing families at The Surrey Arms! We believe a pub should be a place where parents can relax and children can enjoy a safe, friendly environment. To ensure everyone has a great time—whether they're there for a family meal, a game of pool, or a quiet drink—we ask that all guests adhere to the following Family Guidelines:

🛡️ Our Family Rules
Supervision is Key: Children MUST be supervised by an adult at ALL times.
Keep it Calm: Please ensure children do NOT run around the pub. We want a relaxed atmosphere for everyone.
Pool Table Etiquette:
Children must NOT interfere with anyone playing pool.
Children under 14 years old are NOT permitted to use the pool tables.
Bar Area Safety:
Children must NOT be at or near the bar counter.
Children will NOT be served at the bar.
Closing Times for Little Ones:
All children must leave the premises by 8:00 PM.
Important: On Fridays and Saturdays, children must leave by 6:00 PM.

By following these simple rules, we can keep The Surrey Arms a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable space for families, locals, and visitors alike.
