@dansant i read a lot of different news pages, but used to read/watch cnn too. Not anymore.
Sources: find out of they have a local reporter. (Although research doesn't seem to be one of the tasks of journalism)

In that case you need to translate pieces of the long text.
I even use deeple.com to translate Bulgarian, Chinese and Japanese texts to my native language (Dutch)
