That's May I Help You? finished. It seemed a bit of a strange one to begin with, but the more I watched the more I liked it. It had some funny moments but the last 2 episodes made me cry on and off. I wish the ending had been a bit different though.
I've learnt how to change the character limit on Sharkey but not on Misskey. I thought it would be the same or a similar process, given that Sharkey is a fork of Misskey, but it doesn't seem to be.

I've not spoken out about this a lot, but a year ago, today, was the beginning of the end to my hell at the time. I'd spent the previous 6 months in extreme pain (screaming every time I had to stand and crying almost every day) and gradually being shut in my own body (I could barely lift my arms or hold anything, even a cup).
After tons of blood tests, x-rays and strong pain relief, my Dr at the time finally guessed what was wrong and put me on the right meds.
I'm still not fully back to my old self and it's still hard, but I've come a long way.
