Catha I am learning to say no, and I feel a lot better by doing so. Not immediately, I sometimes still feel guilty, but after a very bad day like yesterday I know I have to do so.
Because yes, one day it will backfire ... I've had my share, and will never be able to work again because I never could say no. It backfired so hard I still have memoryloss.
I have learned friends will understand. They won't always be happy with a no, but they understand the reason.
Those who don't are not friends but just taking advantages because they know they'll get a yes anyway. So I lost a lot of "friends". And a lot of unaware stress they caused me as a bonus.

I tried to make an account on pixelfed but it doesn't want me to. So I am still at Flickr but I want to leave that.
I had a hard time installing duckduckgo back on my laptop because chrome was still overruling it but in the end I succeeded 🥵
I tried to iron but my knee kind of collapsed so I am back to "I am bored-browsing" again.
