We gave up on Spanish peninsula years ago already, for holidays between october and april, due to the mostly cold and wet weather.

Too cold is very unpleasant.
This morning, our central heating thermostat broke.
Fortunately, it was above 0°C, so we were able to heat the living room with the air conditioning.
The service engineer was able to come by this afternoon. He installed a new central heating thermostat.

The service contract for the central heating did not cover the thermostat.
However, because a severe frost is forecast for the north-east of the Netherlands this night, they came urgently to replace the thermostat.
The bill will be very high, but it was excellent service 👍

Revolut is Litouws en n62 is Duits.
Voorlopig blijf ik toch maar bij een (dure) Nederlandse bank.
Catha @dansant je krijgt bij n26 een bankrekeningnummer met voorvoegsel van het land waar je woont. 😉
Daarom hebben wij die, we móesten een spaans nummer, en dat kwam goedkoper uit dan een dure Spaanse bank. (Ook maar keus uit 2 "fysieke' banken, aan onze kant van t eiland 😅)
